The Luxafor flag is fantastic! After using it for a few months, my laptop stopped recognizing the flag as a device, but the support team was super helpful in figuring it out. They were awesome! I really hope they continue to improve the software because my flag is incredibly useful, especially in a shared workspace!

I got a CO2 monitor that came with a broken battery charge indicator. Customer support told me that this is totally normal because: 1. "... the device functions and provides accurate measurements..." 2. "We have a policy of ongoing product development... and therefore reserve the right to change product specifications... without prior notice."

I had to send it back at my own expense because, well, you know.

In short: steer clear of this brand if you’re not up for a gamble.

On a positive note, customer support was quick to respond.

Our workplace recently got the Luxafor LED flags for a bunch of our team members. We just settled into a new space with an open layout. These flags are just what we were looking for. No more guessing if a coworker is occupied or standing around awkwardly only to discover they're in a Zoom call. The best part? It’s compatible with Teams.

PROS: These flags are super visible from across the room. They’re a breeze to set up and get going. Plus, they’re portable. There are plenty of colors to choose from. You can adjust the brightness too.

CONS: You might need to grab some extra double-sided tape with stronger adhesive. Other than that, our office hasn’t run into any problems.

If your office doesn’t have these yet, you really ought to consider getting some.

The Luxafor button is fantastic and gets rid of all that annoying "you are on mute" hassle. For those calls where you're often muted and just wanna chime in, pressing the button unmutes you and then mutes you again as soon as you take your finger off. What a great product!!

The item malfunctioned after just a couple of days. After spending hours trying to fix it, I opted for another option. Gotta give 5 stars to the customer service for their efforts in addressing the issue.

The Luxafor light performs quite well, automatically switching from 'available' to 'busy' during my Skype or Teams calls. It's super convenient to change colors quickly using a keyboard shortcut.
That said, the Bluetooth range leaves a lot to be desired... and that's a common gripe among users. My desk is about 15 feet from the office door, and the Bluetooth signal struggles to reach that distance. I've had to use a USB extension cable to move the receiver closer to the door, which isn't ideal.
It would also be great if the LED light could turn off automatically when the computer logs out. Having to unplug it every day is a bit of a hassle.
I was really hoping to implement this in all our offices, but with the limited Bluetooth range and the LED light staying RED when the computer isn't logged in, I can't see it being a practical choice unless those issues get sorted out.

My son and I share an office space, and we needed a way to let others know when we're tied up in a meeting or attending a lecture. The Luxafor Bluetooth does the trick: two dots on our office door, controlled from each of our computers, work like a charm. It's a solid, budget-friendly option. I plan to use the Luxafor Flag when I return to the main office, and we’ll also be using the Luxafor Cube to show when the bathroom is free. Once you get the hang of it, it feels natural to apply this system in other busy/free situations.

This Bluetooth busy light has been a fantastic gadget for me, except for all the folks asking where I picked it up during the first week. It's clever and straightforward, helping me stay on track!

Purchased 3 Luxafor 'flags' some time back. The delivery was speedy. Thanks to the protocol guide, I had my own (Delphi) app up and running in just a few minutes. After a couple of weeks, folks began to adjust their habits and actually check the flag's color. Interruptions dropped significantly. Now, the flag stays red all day, and I couldn't be happier.

I've been using the Luxafor Pomo Timer for some time now, and it really helps me focus during those intense work periods. Plus, it reminds me to take a quick break to refresh my mind. What a neat little device!
